The partners in the firm are Judd Roth, his brother, Adam, and Adam’s wife, Penny. All three have been working together for over 25 years, first developing affordable housing as owners, then assisting hundreds of clients all across the United States, obtaining over $500 million dollars from a wide variety of funding sources for affordable housing initiatives. Zachary Matthews joined the firm in 2016 and has been a key player and invaluable addition to the company. Mary Yoder, who worked with us for ten years, then went on to pursue a successful career in state politics, has returned to assist during our busy seasons. Mary has jumped right back in, as if she never left. Scott Deaton also has a wealth of experience in affordable housing financing. Like Mary, Scott joins our team seasonally. Rounding out the collective is Atty. Ruth Cooper, Judd’s life partner. Ruth brings over 25 years of experience in affordable housing.
